Looking for an experienced Sous Chef to help run local BBQ operations!
 
Responsibilities:

• Able to cook from scratch, follow a recipe, and have high quality standards.
• reliability and punctuality are essential. Handle raw meat according to safety guidelines.
• Follow instructions accurately, accept feedback constructively, adhere to recipes, and work independently after a training period. Able to train and encourage other employees
•  Maintain high standards of quality control and attention to detail. Manage loading/unloading of smokers, coolers, and dry storage, check in orders, package products, and assist with catering needs

Qualifications:

• Have at least 3 years scratch cooking experience 
• Have at least 2 years management experience, culinary school  and BBQ experience is highly preferred (but not required)
• MUST HAVE SATURDAY AND SUNDAY AVAILABILITY
