Upscale High-volume & seafood-focused restaurant looking for a CDC to join their team in collaboration with the Executive Chef
 
Responsibilities:

• Provide direction for all day-to-day operations in the kitchen while working closely with FOH management and staff.
• Understand all kitchen positions thoroughly to perform duties in the absence of any culinary team member.
• Actively lead the team during all meal services utilizing the call-kitchen expedition method
• Routinely seek out new recipes to keep menus fresh and revised.
• Teach preparation according to well defined recipes providing routine follow-up for discussions of ways to constantly improve operations and menu execution.
• Manage daily prep, special, and production levels with culinary staff members.
