Apex Resources are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients for an experienced Accounts / Payroll Officer to join their team based in Wangara.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a busy, fast-paced role with a strong chance of transitioning into a permanent position after the initial 3-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing payroll
• Managing Accounts Receivable & Payable
• Invoicing and working closely with operations on billing
• Following up on outstanding debtors
• Liaising with creditors regarding invoices and payments
• Setting up claims for invoicing
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Liaising with the Director and external accountant
• General administration duties

About You:

• Intermediate MYOB experience
• Previous experience in a similar accounts / payroll role
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across teams
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage competing priorities
• Good level of computer literacy
