Experienced formwork carpenters Pilbara required for long-run project works across Dampier and Karratha. You must be able to demonstrate experience within a major construction project and ideally demonstrate experience in a FIFO environment

You’ll be placed on the site that best suits your experience:

• Precast Yard – Karratha (fabrication of beams, planks, wharf components)
• Wharf Construction – Dampier (precast installation and in-situ concrete works)

Roster & shifts

• 20:8 FIFO roster
• Unpaid RDO rostered between days 7–14 
• 10hr shifts at the precast yard
• 12hr shifts on the wharf
• Day and night shift (allocated to balance crews — preferences considered, not guaranteed)
• Night shift attracts 20% uplift

Pay & conditions

• $65/hr flat rate
• Meals, flights, accommodation and site transport provided
• In-town / LIA camps 
• Single rooms with queen beds 

Project length & Mobilisation

• Approx. 4 months of work
• Immediate Mobilisatons
• Mobilisation typically 1–2 weeks 

Requirements

• White Card
• PPA Access Card
• Trade qualification
• Proven experience on fast-paced project sites
• Ability to pass full medical and lab D&A
• Completion of two online inductions 

This is steady FIFO work with proper site setup and clear expectations.
