Job Summary
We are urgently looking for an experienced Quality Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Inspector for a short-term oil and gas pipeline construction project in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The ideal candidate must have relevant experience in E&I inspection activities for oil and gas construction projects, valid ADNOC approval, and a valid CompEx certificate. Candidates must be ready to mobilize immediately upon client approval.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct inspection and quality surveillance of electrical and instrumentation installation activities in accordance with approved project specifications, drawings, and applicable standards.
Inspect E&I installation works associated with oil and gas pipeline construction projects.Verify installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning activities for electrical and instrumentation systems.
Review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, checklists, and relevant quality documentation.
Ensure compliance with project quality requirements, ADNOC specifications, and applicable international standards.
Inspect cable laying, cable termination, instrument installation, earthing, and other E&I works as applicable to the project scope.
Verify inspection records, test reports, and material compliance documentation.
Identify non-conformities, coordinate corrective actions, and follow up on closure.
Coordinate with construction teams, QA/QC personnel, client representatives, and third-party inspectors.
Ensure all inspection activities are properly documented and completed in accordance with approved procedures.
