We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector - Welding with strong hands-on experience in Cross Country Pipeline Projects.
�� Key Requirements
12 years of relevant experience in Oil amp; Gas Pipeline Projects
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering or relevant qualification
Strong experience in Cross Country Pipeline Welding Inspection
Hands-on experience in Fit-Up, Welding, Visual Inspection, NDT, Weld Repair and Weld Traceability
Good knowledge of WPS, PQR, WPQ/WQT and Welding Inspection Procedures
Strong knowledge of API 1104, ASME Section IX and applicable project specifications
Familiarity with AGES / ADNOC standards and requirements
Experience in reviewing RT, UT, MT and PT reports
Experience with pipeline girth welding, tie-ins and repair welding
Good knowledge of ITP, WIR, NCR, CAR and quality documentation
Ability to coordinate with Client / PMC / EPC / Third-Party Inspection teams

✅ CSWIP 3.1 - Welding Inspector
✅ ASNT Level II - relevant NDT method(s)
✅ Previous AGES / ADNOC Pipeline Project experience will be highly preferred
