We are seeking a Civil Inspector who has experience in Substructure Waterproofing Projects.

Job Duration: 15 Months
We are looking for an experienced Quality Inspector - Civil with strong hands-on experience in substructure waterproofing and building construction projects, preferably with airport project experience.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect substructure waterproofing works and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and method statements
Inspection of waterproofing membranes, coatings, protection boards, waterstops and sealants
Inspection of basement, foundation, raft, retaining wall and below-grade structures
Verify surface preparation, application methods, laps, joints and terminations
Conduct inspections in accordance with approved ITPs and Inspection Checklists
Raise and close NCRs, observations and punch points
Review material approvals, MIRs and waterproofing test reports
Coordinate with Civil, Waterproofing, QA/QC and Construction teams
Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved materials and manufacturer's recommendations
Maintain inspection records and quality documentation
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification
8 - 12+ years of Civil QA/QC / Inspection experience
Strong experience in Substructure / Basement Waterproofing
Experience in Building / Airport / Major Infrastructure Projects preferred
Good knowledge of waterproofing systems, concrete interfaces and below-grade construction
Experience with ITP, MIR, WIR, NCR and quality documentation
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Relevant QA/QC certification will be an advantage
