We are looking for an experienced HSE Supervisor with strong Oil & Gas experience to oversee Health, Safety & Environmental activities across fabrication and construction operations.
 
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day HSE activities at the fabrication/construction site.
- Ensure compliance with project HSE plans, procedures, and applicable Oil & Gas standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and toolbox talks.
- Identify hazards and ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor safe work practices, including PTW, lifting, scaffolding, confined space, hot work, and work at height.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, and project teams to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure workers and subcontractors comply with HSE requirements.
- Conduct safety inductions and awareness programs.
- Maintain HSE documentation, records, inspections, and reports.
- Support emergency preparedness and response activities.
 
Requirements
10+ years of relevant HSE experience in Oil & Gas.
Strong experience in fabrication yard and construction projects.
Experience working with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and client teams.
Good knowledge of Oil & Gas HSE standards and safe work practices.
Relevant HSE qualification/certification such as NEBOSH / IOSH / equivalent preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and site coordination skills.
Ability to work effectively in a challenging fabrication/construction environment.
