We are seeking an experienced QC Inspector - Multi for a long-term offshore assignment in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in offshore hook-up, commissioning, decks, or bridge fender installation activities within the Oil & Gas industry.

Position Details:

• Position: QC Inspector - Multi
• Location: UAE (Offshore) 
• Duration: Long Term
• Rotation: 3 months on / 1 month off
• Work Schedule: 12 hours per day / 7 days per week 
• Joining: Immediate

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas projects.
• Proven offshore experience in Hook-Up, Commissioning, Decks, and Bridge Fender Installation projects
• ADNOC-approved candidates or those with prior ADNOC project experience will have an added advantage.
• Valid AWS or CSWIP certification.
• Valid NACE or BGAS certification.
• Minimum 3 years of post-certification experience with both certifications (AWS/CSWIP and NACE/BGAS).
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities:
 

• Perform quality control inspections for welding and coating activities at assigned island/offshore or remote project locations.
• Verify that welding, coating, and related fabrication work comply with project specifications, approved procedures, codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Review and monitor WPS, PQR, welder qualifications, coating procedures, inspection test plans (ITP), and method statements before and during execution.
• Inspect fit-up, joint preparation, alignment, preheating, welding parameters, consumables, and workmanship before, during, and after welding.
• Witness and verify non-destructive testing (NDT) activities and confirm that inspection results are properly recorded and accepted.
• Check surface preparation, ambient conditions, coating material storage, mixing, application, dry film thickness (DFT), curing, and final coating condition.
• Ensure blasting and painting/coating activities are performed in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and project requirements.
