TÜV Rheinland Middle East is seeking experienced QCI - Multi-Discipline Inspectors for an offshore island project in the UAE. We are looking for professionals with strong inspection experience covering Welding, Coating, and NDT activities, preferably gained within the Oil & Gas / Offshore / Marine construction industry.

Industry: Oil & Gas / Offshore Construction
Availability: Candidates available to join at short notice are preferred.

Mandatory Requirements

1. Overall Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of overall relevant inspection experience.
• Strong experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Offshore, Marine, or EPC projects.
  
  

2. Welding Qualification - Mandatory

Candidates must hold a valid:

• CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector, OR
• AWS-CWI

Minimum 3+ years of post-certification experience is mandatory.
 
 

3. Coating Qualification - Mandatory

• Valid BGAS Coating Inspector certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 3+ years of post-certification coating inspection experience is required.
• Candidates should have practical experience in coating inspection, surface preparation, environmental monitoring, DFT inspection, holiday testing, and coating repair.

4. NDT Certification - Mandatory

• Valid NDT certification is mandatory.
• Candidates should have practical knowledge of applicable NDT methods and experience reviewing/witnessing NDT inspection activities and reports.
• ASNT Level II / PCN / equivalent internationally recognized NDT certification will be an advantage.
  
  

5. Offshore Experience - Highly Preferred

• Previous experience working on offshore platforms, offshore islands, marine facilities, offshore fabrication, hook-up, construction, or related offshore Oil & Gas projects is highly preferred.
• Experience working in challenging offshore environments and coordinating with multiple disciplines will be an advantage.
