We are seeking experienced QC Inspectors and Welding Engineers for pipeline project in the UAE. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in cross-country pipeline construction within the Oil & Gas industry.

Job Details:

• Location: Asab, Abu Dhabi
• Joining: Immediate joiners are required
• Work schedule: 6 Days/Week, 10 Hours/Day

Position: Welding Engineer
Duration: 12 Months (extendable)

Requirements:

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in welding engineering, preferably in pipeline / Oil & Gas projects
• Valid IWE - CWI certification
• Strong knowledge of welding processes, WPS/PQR qualification, welder qualification, and NDT requirements
• Experience in pipeline welding activities, including fit-up, welding, repair, and inspection coordination
• ADNOC-approved candidates or those with prior ADNOC project experience will have an added advantage.

 
Position: QC Inspector - Welding
Duration: 6 Months (extendable)

Requirements:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in country pipeline / Oil & Gas projects
• Valid CSWIP 3.1/3.2 or AWS certification with a minimum of 3 years of post-certification experience.
• Proven experience in welding inspection activities involving structural steel, piping, and fabrication works.
• Strong knowledge of applicable welding codes, standards, inspection procedures, and quality control requirements.
• ADNOC-approved candidates or those with prior ADNOC project experience will have an added advantage.

Position: Senior QC Inspector - Coating / Painting
Duration: 3 Months (extendable)

Requirements:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in pipeline / Oil & Gas projects
• Valid NACE Level I / II or CSWIP / BGAS Grade 2 certification with a minimum of 3 years of post-certification experience
• Proven experience in coating, painting, surface preparation, blasting, application, and inspection activities involving cross-country pipelines, structural steel, piping, and fabrication works
• Strong knowledge of applicable coating/painting standards, inspection procedures, surface preparation requirements, DFT measurement, holiday testing, and quality control requirements
• ADNOC-approved candidates or those with prior ADNOC project experience will have an added advantage
