Location: Abu Dhabi - Site Location

We are urgently looking for an experienced Quality Inspector - Static & Rotating Equipment for a major Oil & Gas project in Abu Dhabi site location
Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspection and quality control activities for static and rotating equipment
- Inspect equipment including pressure vessels, columns, heat exchangers, tanks, pumps, compressors, and other mechanical equipment
- Review and verify equipment fabrication, installation, alignment, and testing activities
- Ensure compliance with approved ITPs, specifications, drawings, procedures, and project quality requirements
- Conduct inspections, witness tests, and verify inspection records and documentation
- Review Material Test Certificates (MTCs), inspection reports, test certificates, and vendor documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, construction teams, and client representatives
- Raise and follow up NCRs, punch points, and quality observations until satisfactory closure
- Ensure compliance with applicable API, ASME, ISO and project-specific quality standards
- Support quality audits and maintain accurate inspection and quality documentation
- Ensure all inspection activities comply with project QA/QC and HSE requirement
Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
Relevant experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / EPCC projects
Strong hands-on experience in Static & Rotating Equipment Inspection
Experience with pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, pumps, compressors, and related equipment
Strong knowledge of ITPs, inspection procedures, specifications, NCRs, punch lists, and quality documentation
Good knowledge of applicable API / ASME / ISO standards
International Oil & Gas project experience preferred
Fluent English with strong reporting and communication skills
Relevant QA/QC / Mechanical Inspection certification will be an advantage
