Key Responsibilities
Lead engineering projects through Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and Engineering,Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC).
Manage large capital budgets (CapEx), tracking costs, project variances, and financial forecasting closely.
Direct multidisciplinary engineering teams, including mechanical, electrical, process, civil, and instrumentation disciplines.
Enforce strict compliance with global industry standards like API, ASME, and ISO, alongside local environmental rules.
Mitigate technical risks early by leading hazard studies like HAZOP and HAZID to avoid project drift.
Coordinate major stakeholders, including asset owners, regulatory bodies, joint venture partners, and sub-contractors.
Champion safety culture, ensuring all engineering designs and site operations strictly prioritize Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Petroleum Engineering.
10+ years of experience directly within the oil and gas or heavy energy sectors.
Professional certifications such as a Professional Engineer (PE) license or Project
