Quality Inspector (Pipeline) | Abu Dhabi | Immediate Mobilization
We are looking for an experienced Quality Inspector (Pipeline) to join a major Oil & Gas Pipeline Project in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Position - Quality Inspector - Pipeline Job Location - Abu Dhabi, UAE
Project Duration - 4-6 Months
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Quality Inspector - Pipeline in the Oil & Gas industry. Proven experience in pipeline construction projects is mandatory
Qualification - B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Valid CSWIP 3.1 Certification
Strong knowledge of pipeline welding, inspection, quality control procedures, and project documentation
Experience working to international standards and client specifications
Key Responsibilities
Perform mechanical quality inspections during pipeline construction activities.
Verify compliance with project specifications, approved procedures, and applicable codes/standards.
Conduct and witness inspections for welding, fit-up, hydrotesting, and mechanical activities.
Review inspection reports, material documentation, and quality records.
Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, and client representatives to resolve quality-related issues.
Ensure all inspection and testing activities are completed in accordance with the approved Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
