We are seeking an experienced QC Supervisor - Welding for a long-term assignment in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in  fabrication & welding works within Oil & Gas projects.

• Duration: Long Term
• Joining: Immediate

Requirements:

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas projects
• Proven experience in offshore/onshore fabrication & welding works within Oil & Gas projects.
• ADNOC-approved candidates or those with prior ADNOC project experience will have an added advantage.
• Valid AWS or CSWIP certification
• Minimum 3 years of post-certification experience
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

 
Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all welding quality control activities at site.
• Ensure welding works are performed in accordance with approved WPS, project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Review and verify WPS, PQR, WPQ, welder qualifications, and welding consumable records.
• Conduct and supervise inspection of fit-up, alignment, joint preparation, welding parameters, and final weld visual inspection.
• Coordinate and witness NDT activities related to welding, including VT, PT, MT, RT, and UT.
• Ensure proper control and monitoring of welding consumables, storage conditions, and issue records.
• Monitor compliance with preheating, interpass temperature, and PWHT/Heat Treatment requirements.
