We are seeking an experienced QC Document Controller for a long-term assignment in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in document controlling, coordination and WITS software knowledge
Position Details:

• Joining: Immediate

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in EPC project coordination.
• Proven experience using WITS (Work Inspection Tracking System) for managing quality documentation, inspection requests, and workflow processes.
• Proficient in maintaining document registers, transmittals, revision control, and document distribution.
• Coordinate with QA/QC Engineers, Site Engineers, Construction teams, Clients, and Consultants for timely document submission and approval.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and control all Quality Control (QC) documentation in accordance with project procedures and client requirements.
• Administer and maintain the Work Inspection Tracking System (WITS), ensuring accurate and timely processing of quality records.
• Prepare, submit, track, and close Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Action Requests (CARs), and other QA/QC documentation.
• Monitor the status of inspections, approvals, comments, and document workflows, ensuring timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain document registers, revision logs, transmittals, and document distribution records to ensure document traceability.
• Verify that all submitted documents comply with project specifications, client requirements, and applicable quality standards before submission.
• Coordinate with QA/QC Engineers, Construction, Engineering, Procurement, Vendors, Clients, and Consultants to facilitate document reviews and approvals.
