We are looking for an experienced QC Inspector - GRE for a long-term assignment in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in non-metallic GRE/GRP field within the oil & gas, petrochemical, marine, or industrial sectors.

Position Details

• Location: Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Work Schedule: 6 Days/Week, 8 Hours/Day 
• Duration: Long-Term Assignment

Requirements:

• Must have a valid CSWIP 3.1 and FPI QCI - GRE Certification
• Experience in both Onshore & Offshore projects
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience 
• ADNOC approvals / experience will be an added advantage
• Immediate joiners preferred

 
 Job Responsibilities

• Inspect GRE/GRP/FRP materials, pipes, fittings, joints, and accessories upon receipt at site.
• Verify material certificates, compliance with project specifications, standards, drawings, and approved procedures.
• Monitor storage, handling, transportation, and preservation of GRE materials to prevent damage.
• Inspect pipe preparation activities such as cutting, grinding, cleaning, sanding, and surface preparation.
• Witness and verify GRE jointing activities, including adhesive bonding, lamination, butt-wrap, or mechanical joints.
• Check adhesive mixing, pot life, curing time, environmental conditions, and application methods.
• Ensure installation is carried out according to approved drawings, isometrics, method statements, and manufacturer recommendations.
• Inspect pipe alignment, supports, guides, anchors, expansion loops, and clearances.
• Monitor environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, dust, and cleanliness during bonding or lamination.
