Job Responsibilities
Receive phone calls from clients and respond to their inquiries and requirements in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate and arrange training sessions, including scheduling and logistics.
Guide candidates and clients regarding training schedules, program details, and other relevant information.
Liaise internally with trainers and other staff members to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
Prepare and print training certificates, ID cards, and other related documents.
Maintain accurate records, manage files, and perform general administrative duties.
Provide overall administrative support to ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the office.
Candidate Profile
3-5 years of relevant work experience in administration, customer service, coordination, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and general office administration.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
