TÜV Rheinland Gulf is looking for an experienced Coating Inspector to support one of Qatar's leading offshore fabrication projects involving the construction of Offshore Jackets, Topsides, Bridges, Modules, and Associated Steel Structures.
Key Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Coating Inspector in the Oil & Gas, Offshore Fabrication, or EPC Construction industry.
• Proven experience in fabrication yards involved in Offshore Jackets, Topsides, Living Quarters, Modules, Bridges, or Heavy Steel Structures.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Surface Preparation (Abrasive Blasting)
  • Protective Coating Systems
  • Painting Inspection
  • DFT Measurement
  • Surface Profile Measurement
  • Soluble Salt Testing
  • Environmental Monitoring
  • Holiday Detection
  • Adhesion Testing
  • Coating Repair & Touch-up Inspection
• Familiar with international standards such as NACE, SSPC, ISO 8501, ISO 12944, ASTM, and project specifications.
• Experience reviewing coating procedures, ITPs, QA/QC documentation, and inspection reports.
• NACE CIP Level II or BGAS-CSWIP Grade II certification is highly preferred.
• GCC offshore fabrication project experience will be an added advantage.
• Candidates available for immediate mobilization will be given preference.
