(TUVR is hiring a skilled and proactive Saudi Site Supervisor to lead field inspection teams on a major government PPP initiative in coordination with the Ministry of Municipal and Housing. This role is critical to ensuring that all building and excavation inspections are executed efficiently, in compliance with Saudi Building Codes, and aligned with project deliverables.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of field experience in building or utility inspections/ Engineering experience.
- Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (especially SBC 801, 901, 201,401) and municipal excavation guidelines.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Arabic language fluency is required; English proficiency is preferred.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to different municipalities as needed
- You are a Saudi National willing to work with TUVR

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية، إدارة الإنشاءات، أو ما يعادلها.
خبرة ميدانية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في فحص المباني أو المرافق/ خبرة هندسية.
الإلمام بالكود السعودي للبناء (خصوصًا SBC 801، 901، 201، 401) وإرشادات البلدية للحفريات.
مهارات قوية في القيادة واتخاذ القرارات وحل النزاعات.
إجادة اللغة العربية ضرورية؛ وإجادة اللغة الإنجليزية مفضلة.
رخصة قيادة سارية واستعداد للسفر إلى بلديات مختلفة حسب الحاجة.

Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate daily activities of inspection teams across assigned regions.
- Ensure inspections are conducted according to the project’s technical scope, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct quality control reviews on inspection outputs and reports before submission.
- Provide technical guidance to inspectors related to excavation safety, structural works, and compliance issues.
- Liaise with municipal authorities, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve field issues.
- Monitor and report KPIs, site performance, non-compliance cases, and any delays.
- Enforce safety, documentation, and reporting protocols among the team.
