Role Summary
The Site Supervisor will oversee on-site engineering and construction activities, ensuring all work is executed in compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements. The role is responsible for coordinating site operations, monitoring contractor performance, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within schedule.
The Site Supervisor will work closely with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to maintain construction quality, resolve site issues, and support successful project execution.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site construction and engineering activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality standards, workmanship, and HSE compliance.
• Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical and operational site issues.
• Ensure adherence to project quality plans, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Review work progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
• Verify materials, equipment, and installations meet project specifications and approved standards.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities as required.
• Monitor site resources, manpower, and equipment utilization for efficient project execution.
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities, inspections, permits, and approvals.
• Identify potential project risks, delays, and safety concerns and escalate issues appropriately.
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and site coordination meetings.
• Assist in managing project schedules and ensuring timely completion of assigned activities.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders on site matters.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in construction supervision or site execution within infrastructure, utilities, or water projects.
• Experience supervising contractors and subcontractors on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, engineering specifications, and site execution practices.
• Familiarity with HSE regulations, quality standards, and construction safety procedures.
• Experience in water, wastewater, utility, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced and multidisciplinary project environments.
