Position: Training & Change Management Facilitator
Location: Saudi Arabia
Duration: 12 Months
 
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews, workshops, and awareness sessions with management and personnel to promote safety culture.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and best-practice sharing across teams.
• Engage and collaborate with EHSS Committee members to support initiatives and follow-up actions.
• Develop and deliver training using Train-the-Trainer methods and materials.

Qualifications & Experience

• Background in Organizational Change Management and/or HR.
• Train-the-Trainer certified.
• 7+ years of experience in change management, HR, or safety culture/engagement roles.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
