• Position: Project Lead - Architectural Facade Engineer (Cladding & Retrofit)
• Project: Cairo Administration Building Facades Project (Partial Marble Dismantling and Cladding Installation)
• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil/Architectural Engineering (5 to 10 years of experience)
• Assignment Duration: 4 to 5 months – starting from next month

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Architectural Engineer with 5 to 10 years of expertise to lead the specialized partial dismantling and cladding installation for the PhPC Cairo Administration Building. This role requires a technical focus on ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel) systems, structural frame design, and the integration of specialized LED lighting systems. The successful candidate will manage the interface between architectural design, the main contractor, and existing building operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the safe partial dismantling of existing marble facades and the installation of new cladding systems in accordance with the project SOW.
• Ensure the facade frame design meets safety standards for wind, heavy rain, and temperature fluctuations.
• Manage interfaces between project parties (Contractor, Consultant, and Company).
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups.
• Manage the implementation of Quality Control requirements and the inspection process.
• Manage SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations) to ensure safety during work on an active administration building.
• Manage project documentation.
• Oversee the installation of LED lighting systems, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and long-term warranty requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil/Architectural Engineering.
• 5 to 10 years of experience, with a specific focus on facade renovation, retrofitting, and cladding projects (minimum of one similar project).
• Proven technical expertise in ACP cladding systems and frame structural design.
• Experience with integrated architectural lighting installations (LED systems) and electrical interface coordination.
• Strong understanding of international facade standards and local Egyptian building codes.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to manage multi-party stakeholders (Contractor, Consultant, and Company).
• Previous experience working on high-end administrative or government facilities in Egypt is highly preferred.
