Hiring: Static Equipment Inspector (Onshore - Oil & Gas)

Location: Abu Dhabi
Work Site: Fabrication Yard
Duration: Long-Term Assignment
 
Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Static Equipment Inspector for an onshore Oil & Gas fabrication yard project. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in inspection of static equipment during fabrication, assembly, and testing phases.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Inspection of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, tanks, and other static equipment
• Review of drawings, ITPs, WPS/PQR, and related QA/QC documents
• Witnessing hydrotests, NDT activities, and dimensional inspections
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and international codes (ASME/API)
• Coordinate with QA/QC team and client representatives

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 8-10 years of Oil & Gas experience (Fabrication Yard preferred)
• Strong knowledge of ASME/API standards
• Valid inspection certifications preferred
• GCC experience will be an advantage
