Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Manager with strong expertise in civil construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing all contractual and commercial aspects of large-scale civil/infrastructure projects, ensuring profitability, compliance, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end contract administration for civil projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (EPC, subcontract agreements, vendor contracts).
• Handle claims management, variation orders, and dispute resolution.
• Monitor project budgets, cost control, and cash flow management.
• Prepare commercial reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, legal requirements, and company policies.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and legal teams.
• Identify commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support tendering and bidding process with commercial inputs.
• Manage subcontractor payments, certifications, and final accounts.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management.
• Additional certification in Contract Management or Commercial Law is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure, oil & gas, or industrial civil projects.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
