Job Title: HSE Officer (Aramco Projects Oversight)

Location: Al Khobar

Reporting to: Manager-Operations

Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic HSE Officer to lead our safety department. Unlike a site-specific role, you will be responsible for the safety performance of all active projects. Your primary mission is to standardize safety awareness, conduct periodic cross-project audits, and ensure our corporate HSE management system meets Saudi Aramco’s high-level qualification requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver corporate safety training programs and awareness campaigns for office and field staff.
• Conduct unannounced site visits to various projects to audit compliance with the Aramco CSM and verify that site-based HSE teams are maintaining standards.
• Maintain, update, and improve the company’s HSE manuals and procedures to ensure they remain "Aramco-approved."
• Consolidate safety data (KPIs) from all sites to identify trends, frequent violations, or areas needing improvement.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in HSE, with significant time spent navigating Aramco-specific safety systems (GIs, CSM, and SAP tracking).
• Must hold a valid KSA Driver’s License and be willing to travel to various RAMCO project sites for inspections.
• Previous Saudi ARAMCO Background/ experience

Certifications:

• NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory).
• OSHA 30-hour or IOSH Managing Safely.
• Saudi Aramco Approved/Certified (SAP ID holder preferred).

Good to Have:

• Strong public speaking and presentation skills
• ability to simplify complex safety regulations into engaging awareness sessions.
• Ability to manage safety schedules for multiple locations simultaneously.
