Offshore Topside & Jacket Fabrication 

Location: UAE (Project-Based Fabrication Yards)

Industry: Offshore Oil & Gas / EPC

We are currently seeking a highly experienced QC Inspector - Welding & Structural to support ongoing offshore fabrication projects. This role is ideal for candidates with strong offshore topside and jacket fabrication experience who are ready for immediate mobilization within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and structural inspections in accordance with approved ITPs and project specifications
• Ensure compliance with international offshore standards and client requirements
• Coordinate and monitor NDT activities
• Review WPS, PQR, welder qualifications, and inspection reports
• Liaise with client inspectors and third-party inspection agencies
• Ensure quality compliance during fabrication of offshore topsides and jackets

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• CSWIP 3.1 or 3.2 certification (Mandatory)
• Minimum 10+ years of total experience, including at least 5+ years post-CSWIP certification
• Proven experience in offshore topside and jacket fabrication projects
• Strong knowledge of welding inspection, structural fabrication, and NDT coordination
• Familiarity with international offshore codes and standards (AWS D1.1, EEMUA 158, ASME)
• Prior ADNOC project experience and client approvals will be a strong advantage
