Location: Western Region 

Notice period: Candidate available to join with a Notice period 1 to 15 days or immediately available with transferable iqama. 

1. Cx manager  (+15 yrs)

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline
• Proven experience managing full commissioning lifecycle projects, from design phase through construction, startup, and handover
• Demonstrated ability to develop and lead commissioning plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
• Proven leadership managing multidisciplinary commissioning teams and third-party vendors
• Strong coordination and client-facing experience with owners, consultants, contractors, and authorities
• Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
• Professional certifications such as CxA, BCxP, NEBB, PMP are highly preferred

  2. Sr.Cx mechanical engineer (+8 yrs)

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience commissioning
•  Ability to lead and execute site-based commissioning activities, including:
• Witnessing contractor testing and TAB activities
• Coordinating integrated system testing with electrical and controls teams
• Strong working knowledge of BMS/controls sequences, control logic validation, and trend analysis
• Experience preparing and reviewing commissioning documents, such as:
• Cx plans and procedures ,Method statements and test scripts ,Deficiency logs and close-out reports
• Familiarity with ASHRAE, NEBB, CIBSE, and applicable local/international standards
• Professional certifications such as NEBB, BCxP, CxA, or equivalent are an advantage

  3. Sr. Cx Electrical Engineer (+8 yrs)

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or electrical & Power Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience commissioning electrical systems
• proven experience across the full commissioning lifecycle:

Pre-functional checklists and equipment startup
Functional Performance Testing (FPT) and load testing
Integrated Systems Testing (IST) with mechanical, controls, and life safety systems

• Strong understanding of BMS, EPMS, SCADA, and interface coordination with controls systems
• Ability to lead site-based commissioning activities and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and testing agencies
• Professional certifications such as NEBB, BCxP, CxA, or equivalent are an advantage

  4. Sr.Cx ELV engineer (+8 yrs)

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical / Electronics / Communication Engineering or a related discipline
• Strong hands-on experience commissioning ELV / Low Current systems, including: Fire Alarm & Voice Evacuation systems ,Structured Cabling (Data & Voice) ,CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection systems ,Public Address / BGM systems ,IPTV, SMATV, and AV systems ,Intercom and Nurse Call systems (project dependent)Proven experience across the full commissioning lifecycle:

Pre-functional checks and system startup
Functional Performance Testing (FPT)
Integrated Systems Testing (IST) with BMS, electrical, and life-safety systems

• Experience coordinating with system vendors, specialist contractors, and authorities
• Strong understanding of system integration, network architecture basics, and interface requirements between ELV platforms
• Experience witnessing and validating:Cause & effect testing ,Redundancy and fail-safe operations , Alarm monitoring and reporting through BMS / PSIM
• Ability to prepare and review commissioning documentation, including: Cx plans and procedures ,Test scripts and method statements ,Deficiency logs and close-out reports
• Familiarity with NFPA, IEC, EN, NEBB, and relevant local authority requirements
• Professional certifications such as NEBB, CxA, OEM certifications, or equivalent are an advantage
