Positions - We have outlined the positions, along with the brief responsibilities & qualifications required for each role

1. E&I QC Supervisor

Qualification

• Engineering Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Instrumentation
• QCS qualification mandatory
• IECEx / COMPEX certification mandatory

Experience

• Minimum 15 years total industry experience
• Minimum 5 years in QCS / supervisory QC roles
• Minimum 3+ years experience post IECEx / COMPEX certification
• Strong experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects
• Piping and onshore project experience mandatory

2. QC Inspector (E&I)

Qualification

• Engineering Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Instrumentation
• IECEx / COMPEX certification mandatory

Experience

• Minimum 8 years total inspection experience
• Minimum 3+ years experience post certification
• EPC Oil & Gas project experience mandatory
• Hazardous area and Ex-equipment inspection experience required
• Piping project exposure mandatory

3. QC Supervisor (Welding)

Qualification

• Engineering Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Welding
• QCS qualification mandatory
• CSWIP / AWS certification preferred

Experience

• Minimum 15 years total industry experience
• Minimum 5 years in welding QC supervisory roles
• EPC Oil & Gas and piping project experience mandatory
• Strong knowledge of ASME, API, AWS standards

4. QC Inspector (Welding)

Qualification

• Engineering Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Welding
• CSWIP or AWS certification mandatory

Experience

• Minimum 8 years total welding inspection experience
• Minimum 3+ years experience post certification
• EPC Oil & Gas piping experience mandatory
• Experience with NDT coordination required

5. QC Inspector (GRE)

Qualification

• Engineering Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Materials
• GRE Manufacturer training / certification mandatory

Experience

• Minimum 8 years total inspection experience
• Minimum 3+ years experience post GRE certification
• EPC Oil & Gas project experience mandatory
• GRE / GRP piping installation and testing experience required

6. QC Inspector (Painting)

Qualification

• Engineering Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline
• BGAS or NACE certification mandatory

Experience

• Minimum 8 years total painting inspection experience
• Minimum 3+ years experience post certification
• EPC Oil & Gas project experience mandatory
• Knowledge of coating systems and surface preparation required

7. QC Inspector (HVAC)

Qualification

• Engineering Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / HVAC
• Relevant HVAC certification preferred

Experience

• Minimum 8 years total HVAC inspection experience
• EPC project experience mandatory
• Experience in Oil & Gas or industrial facilities preferred

8. QC Inspector (Mechanical)

Qualification

• Engineering Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• CSWIP or AWS certification mandatory

Experience

• Minimum 8 years total mechanical inspection experience
• EPC Oil & Gas project experience mandatory
• Experience with static & rotating equipment preferred
• Piping-related mechanical works experience mandatory

9. QC Inspector (Civil)

Qualification

• Engineering Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience

• Minimum 8 years total civil inspection experience
• EPC Oil & Gas project experience mandatory
• Experience with concrete, foundations, and structural works required
