We are seeking a qualified HSE Officer with strong offshore platform experience for an Offshore project.
 
Position Details:
Position: HSE Officer
Location: Das Island, Abu Dhabi
Project Duration: 2 Months
 
Job Description:

• Ensure implementation and compliance with Client HSE policies, procedures, and standards at site.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify and control hazards.
• Monitor ongoing work activities to ensure safe work practices are strictly followed.
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation including reports, permits, toolbox talks, and incident records.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training for all site personnel.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with project management and contractors to address and resolve HSE-related issues.
• Ensure strict compliance with permit-to-work systems and emergency response procedures.
• Promote a strong safety culture on site and intervene to stop unsafe acts or conditions when required.
• Liaise with client representatives and attend HSE meetings as necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum relevant experience as an HSE Officer in oil & gas / offshore platform projects.
• ADNOC-approved HSE certification or relevant safety qualifications preferred.
• Good knowledge of offshore safety standards and UAE regulations.
• Valid medical fitness (GAMCA mandatory for Mission Visa).
• Ability to work 12 hours per day, 6 days per week.
