We are seeking a Project Control Lead with strong Wind and/or Solar project experience to join our Technical Back Office consultancy team. The role supports Owner's Engineering, PMC, and feasibility studies for utility-scale renewable energy projects.
⚠️ This position is not intended for profiles limited to buildings or non-renewable projects.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Advanced use of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of AACE cost estimation methodologies and project control best practices.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, AACE CCP/PSP, CEP are an advantage.
• Strong analytical capability, stakeholder coordination, and leadership skills. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead tender planning and cost estimation for wind and solar projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules, resource plans, and manpower histograms.
• Perform cost control, forecasting, and cash flow analysis across the project lifecycle.
• Provide robust project controls input to feasibility studies and execution phases.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and act as the project controls focal point for clients.

Required Experience

• 10-15 years of experience in project controls within consultancy or technical back-office environments.
• Direct experience in renewable energy projects, specifically:
• Utility-scale solar PV plants and/or
• onshore wind farms
