We are looking for qualified, approved, and experienced professionals to join our team for prestigious Onshore and Offshore Oil & Gas projects across the UAE.
 
Candidates must hold valid ADNOC / ARAMCO approvals and meet the required certification and experience criteria.

We have outlined the positions, along with the brief responsibilities & qualifications required for each role


OPEN POSITIONS


1️⃣ MDI - Onshore Ras Al Khaimah


Responsibilities:

• Conduct Material Data Inspection (MDI) in accordance with project specifications and client standards.
• Verify material certifications (MTCs), test reports, and documentation compliance.
• Inspect and ensure traceability of materials received at site.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, procurement, and engineering departments on material issues.
• Prepare and submit daily and final inspection reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in onshore oil & gas projects.
• ADNOC approval - mandatory.
• Sound knowledge of ASME, ASTM, and API codes.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

2️⃣ Multi Discipline Inspector - Offshore Project UAE

Responsibilities:

• Perform material inspections for offshore fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Verify material compliance with specifications, standards, and codes.
• Ensure full material traceability and maintain accurate inspection records.
• Coordinate with offshore construction and QA/QC teams for inspection schedules.
• Prepare inspection reports and participate in audits as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy.
• Minimum 8 years of offshore inspection experience.
• ADNOC approval required.
• Familiarity with offshore safety and inspection practices.

3️⃣ GRE Inspector (GRE Certified) - Offshore Project UAE


Responsibilities:

• Inspect GRE (Glass Reinforced Epoxy) piping systems for installation, jointing, and testing.
• Verify material certificates, adhesive application, and alignment per ISO 14692 standards.
• Conduct visual, dimensional, and pressure testing of GRE systems.
• Coordinate with offshore QA/QC teams for inspection planning and reporting.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Valid GRE certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of offshore GRE inspection experience.
• ADNOC approval required.

4️⃣ Welding Inspector - With Material Inspection Experience for Abu Dhabi


Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual and dimensional inspection of welds as per WPS and project requirements.
• Verify material certificates, heat numbers, and traceability.
• Review and monitor welder qualifications and WPS/PQR compliance.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain QA/QC documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Certified CSWIP 3.1 or AWS-CWI (mandatory).
• ADNOC approval required.
• 5-8 years of welding and material inspection experience in oil & gas projects.
• Knowledge of ASME IX, API 1104, and related codes.

5️⃣ Welding Inspector (With Architectural Experience for Ras Al Khaimah)

Responsibilities:

• Inspect welding of structural and architectural components for aesthetic and functional compliance.
• Ensure welds meet project standards and visual finish requirements.
• Coordinate with design and construction teams for architectural integration.
• Maintain accurate inspection logs and issue NCRs when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Architectural Engineering.
• CSWIP 3.1 / AWS-CWI certification required.
• ADNOC approval preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in architectural or structural welding inspection.

6️⃣ Quality Control Manager - Offshore Project (ARAMCO Approved)


Responsibilities:

• Lead QA/QC team for offshore oil & gas project execution.
• Develop and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ITPs.
• Supervise inspections across welding, coating, materials, and GRE disciplines.
• Interface with client representatives and ensure compliance with ARAMCO/ADNOC requirements.
• Conduct internal audits, manage NCRs, and ensure timely close-out.
• Prepare final QA/QC dossiers and handover documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• 12-15 years of QA/QC experience in offshore oil & gas projects.
• ARAMCO and ADNOC approvals - mandatory.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and international QA standards.
