Position - Coating Inspector & Welding Inspector | Ras Laffan, Qatar

Work Location: Ras Laffan, Qatar

Contract Duration: 15 Months +
 
Position 1: Coating Inspector
 
Requirements:

• Certification: BGAS Grade 2 / NACE Level 2 or higher
• Education: BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in coating inspection, preferably in offshore structures

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct coating inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain coating quality documentation
• Coordinate with QA/QC and construction teams for inspection activities

Position 2: Welding Inspector
 
Requirements:

• Certification: CSWIP 3.1 / 3.2 & ASNT Level II
• Education: BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 8-10 years in valve testing, oil & gas sector, and piping spool fabrication inspection

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of welds and related fabrication
• Review WPS, PQR, and welder qualifications
• Conduct NDT inspections and interpret results as per standards
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and international codes
