Positions - We have outlined the key responsibilities and required experience for each role


1) PMC Project Head

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech with PMP Certification
 
Experience: 19-20 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee large-scale turnkey projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage design review, verification, and coordination with engineering teams.
• Prepare and validate technical documents including Tender, BOQ, and Costing.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve project issues.
• Drive risk management, reporting, and performance monitoring.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in handling large infrastructure/industrial projects.
• Strong leadership, client management, and stakeholder coordination.
• PMP Certification is mandatory.

2) Project Controls / Planning Expert
 
Qualification: B.Tech Civil with NICMAR
 
Experience: 14-15 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and control project schedules using modern planning tools.
• Verify progress reports, baseline schedules, and recovery plans.
• Track project execution against approved timelines.
• Support project managers in identifying delays, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare dashboards and MIS reports for senior management and clients.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in Primavera/MS Project.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• NICMAR specialization preferred.

3) Quantity Expert

Qualification: B.Tech Civil with NICMAR
 
Experience: 14-15 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify BOQs, Tender documents, and cost estimates.
• Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and rate justifications.
• Support procurement in tender evaluation and contractor negotiation.
• Ensure cost compliance and maintain cost control records.
• Prepare monthly financial progress reports.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of civil works cost estimation.
• NICMAR background preferred.
• Proficiency in cost control software and MS Excel.

4) Design Expert - Civil

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech Civil
 
Experience: 14-15 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify civil design drawings and calculations.
• Ensure compliance with international codes and project specifications.
• Provide expertise in foundation design, structural design, and building systems.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design issues.
• Conduct peer reviews and provide design approval.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in STAAD, ETABS, AutoCAD, Revit (Civil/Structural).
• Strong knowledge of IS, Euro, and ACI codes.
  
  

5) Design Expert - MEP

Qualification: B.Tech Mechanical / Electrical
 
Experience: 14-15 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, verify, and validate MEP designs including HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, and BMS systems.
• Ensure design compliance with local and international standards.
• Coordinate with civil and structural design teams for integration.
• Support tendering with MEP-related BOQs and specifications.
• Provide technical support during execution for design-related queries.

Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience in AutoCAD MEP, Revit, and MEP design tools.
• Strong knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, and IS codes.

6) BIM Expert

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech
 
Experience: 11-12 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and verify BIM models as per GFC drawings.
• Ensure 3D coordination between Civil, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Manage clash detection and design coordination.
• Prepare detailed BIM reports and maintain model integrity.
• Support digital project delivery and data integration.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of BIM Execution Plans (BEP).

7) Safety Manager

Qualification: B.Tech with ISO 45001 Certification
 
Experience: 14-15 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and implement project-specific safety plans.
• Conduct site safety audits and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards.
• Provide safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions.
• Lead incident investigation and prepare reports.

Skills Required:

• ISO 45001 Certified professional.
• Strong experience in HSE management for large infrastructure projects.

8) Quality Manager

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech with Lead Auditor Certification
 
Experience: 17-18 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project-specific Quality Management Plans.
• Conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with QA/QC standards.
• Review contractor quality documentation and ITPs.
• Establish quality KPIs and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and client specifications.

Skills Required:

• Lead Auditor Certification (ISO 9001 or equivalent).
• Strong experience in quality management for EPC/PMC projects.
