Job Description
The role involves overseeing the full project planning lifecycle, including the development of work breakdown structures, integrated schedules, and progress monitoring. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and in line with organizational standards.
 
Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Develop an integrated project plan, outlining activities, milestones, resources, and the critical path.
• Monitor project progress and highlight any deviations.
• Prepare accurate forecasts to anticipate project outcomes.
• Identify, plan, and implement corrective actions for deviations.
• Provide key project metrics and contribute to progress reporting.
• Coordinate reporting activities to meet stakeholder information needs.
• Prepare regular performance reports using company templates, methodologies, and procedures.
• Ensure timely and effective information distribution to all stakeholders.

Minimum Qualification

• Proven expertise in planning techniques such as resource analysis, leveling, optimization, critical path analysis, earned value technique, and schedule variance analysis.
• Hands-on experience with project planning software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera), risk management software, and enterprise systems (e.g., Maximo, Oracle).
• Strong knowledge of reporting procedures, templates, and IT tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
