Job Description
This role is responsible for managing project cost baselines, monitoring performance, controlling budget changes, and preparing accurate forecasts and reports. The position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and proficiency with project management tools to ensure projects remain within scope, cost, and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project cost baselines, monitor performance, and analyze variances.
• Control budget changes and implement corrective actions when required.
• Prepare reliable cost forecasts to support value improvement and decision-making.
• Support the development of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and integrated project schedules.
• Track project progress against plans, identify risks and delays, and recommend corrective measures.
• Produce weekly and monthly cost and performance reports, ensuring transparency for all stakeholders.
• Identify and assess risks across project scope, cost, and schedule, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support contract administration, including milestone tracking, payment verification, variations, closure, and claims.
• Coordinate with procurement teams on strategy, vendor selection, and schedule alignment.
• Utilize tools such as Primavera, MS Project, Excel, Maximo, and SAP for cost control and reporting.
• Promote digitalization by ensuring data accuracy and automation of tracking processes.

Minimum Qualification

• Strong knowledge of project cost control principles, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency with Primavera, MS Project, SAP, Maximo, and Excel.
• Proven experience in project controls, risk management, and reporting.
• Familiarity with contract administration, procurement processes, and project performance measurement.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination and reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure, anticipate risks, and deliver timely corrective actions.
