• 1. Operation Quality Supervisor

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; a 2-year industrial/technical College Diploma may be accepted in lieu of the Engineering degree.
• Experience: 10 years of inspection experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role within Projects/Operations.
• Skills & Knowledge:
• In-depth understanding of International Codes, construction and maintenance procedures, operation inspection, and material testing standards.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and processes.
• Certifications:
• ISO 9001 Auditor certification or equivalent.

• 2. Senior Operations Mechanical Inspector

Minimum Requirements:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 6 years of experience in Mechanical Plant Equipment Inspection in Petrochemical or Hydrocarbon construction; OR
• 2-year industrial/technical College Diploma with at least 12 years of experience in the same field.
• Experience & Skills:
• Comprehensive knowledge of applicable codes, such as ANSI B 31.3, 31.4, 31.8, ASME Section V and IX, API 510, 570, 620, 650, AWS 01.1.
• Proficiency in executing inspection activities according to these codes.
• Certifications:
• API 563 (Tanks), API 570 (Pipes), API 510 (Pressure Vessels), ASME (Pressure Vessels, Boilers, Heat Exchangers), ASNT Level II (MT, PT, UT, VT, RTFI).
• AWS CWI (Certified Welding Inspector) or CSWIP 3.2 certification.

• 3. Senior Operation Electrical Inspector

Minimum Requirements:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 6 years of experience in Static Mechanical Plant Equipment Inspection in Petrochemical or Hydrocarbon operations; OR
• 2-year industrial/technical College Diploma with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Skills & Knowledge:
• In-depth understanding of electrical systems in industrial settings, specifically within petrochemical or hydrocarbon plants.

• 4. Operation Inspectors (Electrical, Coating & Mechanical)

Minimum Requirements:

• Education & Experience:
• For candidates with a B.S. degree in Engineering: At least 4 years of Electrical/Mechanical inspection experience in Petrochemical or Hydrocarbon operations.
• For candidates with a 2-year industrial/technical College Diploma: A minimum of 8 years of relevant inspection experience.
