Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 8 years of experience s
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Oil and Gas field.
• Familiarity with international standards (ASTM, ACI, BS, etc.) and quality documentation practices
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Supervise and monitor to ensure material quality and production compliance
• Ensure raw materials meet specification
• Maintain quality documentation and traceability as per project and ISO/QMS requirements
• Support internal and external audits, NCRs, and preventive action tracking
• Coordinate with client representatives and third-party laboratories when required
• Implement and uphold safety and quality standards at the plant and pouring areas
