 Job Description:
The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for managing and utilizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for mechanical completion activities.
 
Responsibilities: (not limited to)

• Develop and implement CMMS procedures for mechanical completion.
• Manage and update CMMS data related to mechanical equipment and systems.
• Generate reports and track progress of mechanical completion activities using CMMS.
• Coordinate with construction and commissioning teams to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
• Provide training and support to CMMS users.
• Ensure all punch list items are tracked and closed out in the CMMS.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in mechanical completion and CMMS management.
• Strong knowledge of CMMS software and mechanical systems.
• Excellent data management and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with project management principles.
