Position: E & I Inspector

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
• Valid Comp Ex certification is mandatory
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Telecommunication Inspection in Oil & Gas projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction, testing, commissioning, and inspection of Electrical, Instrumentation, and Telecommunication systems, including Transformers, Switchgears, Cathodic Protection, UPS, Fire-Gas Systems, DCS, ESD modifications, and package boiler systems.
• Perform cable termination, I/O checks, simulation, and LV/HV equipment activities (6.6KV/11KV).
• Monitor all phases of E&I/Telecom works, ensuring compliance with design, procurement, and project requirements.
• Conduct FAT/SAT and liaise with EPC contractors, manufacturers, and client representatives.
• Review vendor documents, quality documentation, and Inspection/Test Plans (ITPs).
• Prepare QA/QC reports, non-conformance reports, and oversee corrective actions.
• Inspect material quality and ensure material control, preservation, and storage compliance.
• Ensure adherence to ADNOC, ARAMCO, NEC, and other international standards.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of E&I installation, design codes, and standards.
• Ability to prepare detailed reports and communicate effectively in English.
• Proven experience in large offshore/onshore projects.
