Project Manager:
Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee Independent Power Producer (IPP) and Independent Water Producer (IWP) projects, with a strong focus on Solar Photovoltaic (PV) IPP projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline, while meeting the highest standards of quality, compliance, and safety.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project management, with a proven track record in delivering large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
- At least 2 IPP/IWP projects completed, with hands-on involvement in all phases from initiation to commissioning.
- At least 1 Solar PV IPP project has been delivered successfully within the last 5 years.
- Strong expertise in Solar PV systems, renewable energy technologies, and power/water project development.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, grid integration, and permitting processes for renewable energy projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or a related field.
HSE Auditor Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and certified
HSE Auditor with at least
10 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental auditing within the
electricity sector, including Solar Power Plants and Substations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE standards, performing thorough risk assessments, and supporting continuous improvement to create a safe and sustainable work environment.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in HSE auditing.
- Proven track record in the electricity sector, particularly in projects involving Solar Plants and Substations.
- Extensive knowledge of HSE frameworks, risk assessment tools, and incident investigation methodologies.
- Proficiency in using audit and project management software tools.
- Familiarity with the regulatory landscape for electricity and renewable energy projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certified HSE Auditor (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- NEBOSH, OSHA, or any recognized international occupational health and safety certification is highly desirable.
Electrical Engineer Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled
Electrical Engineer with at least
5 years of relevant experience in a similar role and a proven track record of delivering on
Independent Power Producer (IPP) projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in electricity protection systems and hands-on involvement in at least
2 IPPs within the last 5 years. This role involves ensuring the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of the electrical systems necessary for the success of energy projects.

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent related field.
I&C (Instrumentation and Control) Engineer Position Overview: We are hiring an experienced
I&C Engineer (Instrumentation and Control Engineer) with at least
5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. The candidate must have prior exposure to
Independent Power Producer (IPP) projects, with at least
2 successful IPPs completed within the last 5 years. This role focuses on the design, implementation, and maintenance of control systems, instrumentation, and automation solutions for energy projects.
