TÜV Rheinland is seeking a Cost Controller for a mega 2-year oil and gas construction project in Egypt.
 
Job Description:
The Cost Controller will be responsible for managing and controlling project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets and financial targets.
 
Responsibilities: (not limited to)

• Develop and maintain project cost control systems and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare cost forecasts and reports.
• Track and manage project variations and change orders.
• Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to ensure accurate cost reporting.
• Perform cost analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure all invoices are correctly processed.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in cost control, preferably in oil and gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost control principles and techniques.
• Proficiency in cost control software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
