Position: Inspection Coordinator

Qualifications & responsibilities

1. 5 years’ experience in coordination field.
2. Coordinating with client and arranging the inspection on time.
3. Coordinating with subcon and optimizing the cost of inspection.
4. Managing inspection schedules and keeping the registers up to date.
5. Maximizing our TPI Services with proactive works.
6. Collecting the timesheet and preparing summary of inspection.
7. Reviewing and submission of inspection reports.
8. Submission of reports on time as per client requirement.
9. Good knowledge in inspection management tool or excel sheet.
10. SAP invoicing module knowledge will be added advantage.
