TÜV Rheinland Egypt is currently seeking highly skilled and experienced Static Equipment/ Pressure Vessel Inspector, particularly those with a strong background in the oil and gas sector to join their team, contributing to the delivery of world-class inspection services within the region. This role involves assessing the condition of tanks used for storing various liquids and gases. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of critical equipment in oil and gas facilities.
 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in static equipment inspections, particularly pressure vessels, in the oil and gas industry.
• Valid Certification on CSWIP 3.1 or AWS-CWI.
• Valid Certification in API 510
• Valid Certification in NDT Level II (e.g., UT, RT, MT, PT).
• Knowledge of ASME Section VIII, API 510 and other relevant pressure vessel standards
• Experience with the inspection of reactors, boilers, heat exchanger and other pressurized equipment.

• Conduct visual and non-destructive inspections of pressure vessels and static equipment.
• Evaluate weld quality and material integrity.
• Perform pressure testing and assess equipment performance.
• Preform in-service equipment inspections.
• Review design and fabrication documentation.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and recommend repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Evaluate corrosion and erosion damage.
• Ensure contractor compliance to end user specifications & international standards.
• Issue NCRs & Proactive notifications.
