Position: Tendering & Prequalification Officer

Qualification and Experience required:

• B E Degree, preferred in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 2 to 5 years’ cognate experience in a similar/relevant role
• Sound knowledge of MS office (Word & Excel).
• Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce.

• Independently preparation of bids/proposals.
• Reviews all tender documents and understanding the RFQ requirements.
• Coordinating with Legal, HR, Finance, business fields to collate the required inputs for the bid.
• Ensures the preparation of pre-qualification bids with standard company information.
• Ability to puts together technical bids.
• Estimation experience and compiles commercial bids.
• Handling subcontractor and gathering competitive proposals
• Prepare and submit comprehensive and competitive tender proposals.
• Ensure all tender documents comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Track and manage tender timelines, ensuring timely submissions.
• Maintain records of all tender activities and communications.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and negotiate terms.
• Monitor and report on the status of submitted tenders.

• Review and assess client registration and prequalification requirements.
• Gather and verify all necessary documents and information from clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases.
• Communicate with clients to obtain any missing information or clarification on submitted documents.
• Maintain and update the company's registration with relevant government entities, municipalities, and industry regulators in the UAE.
• Liaise with government agencies and PROs for compliance requirements and issue resolution.
• Prepare and submit registration and prequalification packages to clients.
• Follow up with clients on the status of their registration and prequalification process.
• Provide support and guidance to clients on the registration and prequalification process.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the registration and prequalification process.
