We are seeking a professional and dedicated Senior HSE Supervisor for an important project in oil and gas sector. This vital project has an immediate need for experienced staff, and this is your chance to lead safety initiatives, ensure compliance with regulations, and make a real impact on-site.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree of Engineering or science graduate.
• 10 Years’ Health and Safety experience with at Least 5 years’ experience in Oil and Gas projects
• NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or IOSH Managing Safely certificate is a must
• OSHA certifications are preferred
• ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor

• Ensure that all activities on the project site comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Plan and manage regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Provide leadership and guidance on safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Assure safety documentation, including risk assessments, safety plans, site specific work instructions, and emergency response plans are developed.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of safety programs and recommend improvements.
• Lead the investigations on any safety incidents, identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Liaise with external regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety regulations as required.
• Manage safety training programs for staff and contractors to promote a safety culture.
• Assure safety inductions for new hires and contractors are conducted.
• Review and approve emergency response plans and manage emergency drills.
• Identify key safety metrics, trends, and suggesting corrective actions.
• Leading safety committee meetings, assigning tasks, following up on meeting actions
• Assure providing appropriate PPEs, training employees on its use, and ensuring proper maintenance and compliance.
• Regularly communicate with project managers and other site supervisors to ensure safety measures are being followed.
