 We are seeking a professional and dedicated Scaffolding Inspector for an important project in the oil and gas sector. Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in scaffolding supervision, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role within the construction or industrial sector.
• Proven experience in scaffolding installation, inspection, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of scaffolding standards, codes, and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, ANSI).
• Scaffolding Supervisor Certification is required.
• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) or equivalent safety certification is preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
• Scaffold Inspector certification (preferred)

• Supervise and coordinate scaffolding operations to ensure safety and efficiency on construction or industrial sites.
• Plan, organize, and allocate tasks to scaffolding teams, ensuring work is completed on time and according to specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding structures to ensure they meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure proper assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of scaffolding systems, complying with industry safety regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of scaffolding inspections, activities, and safety compliance.
• Monitor the quality and condition of scaffolding materials and equipment, ensuring they are fit for use and properly maintained.
• Ensure that all scaffolding works are carried out in accordance with project plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with other teams (e.g., engineers, safety officers) to ensure smooth workflow and safety on-site.
