Job Title: Junior HSE Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree of Engineering or science graduate.
• 5+ Years’ Health and Safety experience with at Least 2 years’ experience in oil and Gas projects
• NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or IOSH Managing Safely certificate is a must
• OSHA certifications are preferred
• ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor

• Support that all activities on the project site comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Implement safety documentation, including risk assessments, safety plans, site specific work instructions, and emergency response plans.
• Implement safety programs and recommend improvements.
• Participate in the investigations on any safety incidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• conduct safety training programs for staff and contractors to promote a safety culture.
• Conduct safety inductions for new hires and contractors.
• Develop emergency response plans and conduct emergency drills.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials in accordance with environmental guidelines.
• Follow key safety metrics, trends, and suggesting corrective actions.
• Participate in safety committee meetings and complete assigned tasks.
• Assure staff adherence to PPEs, provide training to employees on its use, and ensuring proper maintenance and compliance.
• Regularly communicate with HSE Officer to ensure safety measures are being followed.
