Location: Qatar

Qualifications & Experience required: We have outlined the specific qualifications and experience required for the positions below: -

1) Mech / Inst / Elect Maintenance Site Support Supervisor

Qualification –

1. Mechanical / Electrical / Instrument Engineer with minimum Degree
2. Holder from reputed University in respective Discipline.
3. Experience - The candidate shall have minimum of Eight (8) years’ experience,
4. Five (5) of which at supervisory level at Projects / Shutdowns /
5. Maintenance areas in Oil / Gas Industry

2) Document Controller with AutoCAD Knowledge

Qualification –

1. Education Level (Diploma in Engineering).
2. AutoCAD literate.
3. The candidate shall be computer literate and familiar with MS Word and Excel.
4. Knowledge in Document Control software/application.
5. The candidate shall be in a good physically and fit condition.
6. The candidate shall be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
7. The candidate shall be skilled to draw, edit &update in AutoCAD for multidiscipline drawings such as Civil, Electrical, Instrument, Mechanical, Piping & pipeline etc.
8. The candidate shall be familiar with various type of drawings such as P&ID, PFD, Plot plan, Isometric and P&IDs, SLD, Layout, Plan, section & elevation etc.
9. The candidate shall be able to work under own initiative under.

Experience –

1. Provides Engineering division comprehensive service as a document controller for the receipt, storage and retrieval of documents related to different Operations Engineering Department.
2. Maintains and updates drawing register approvals to indicate the latest revision status.
3. The candidate shall be skilled to draw, edit &update in AutoCAD for multidiscipline drawings such as

Civil, Electrical, Instrument, Mechanical, Piping & pipeline etc.

1. The candidate shall be familiar with various type of drawings such as P&ID, PFD, Plot plan, Isometric and P&IDs, SLD, Layout, Plan, section & elevation etc.
2. The candidate shall have proven experience on oil/gas organization.
3. The candidate shall have minimum ten (10) years’ experience in the oil and gas related business.

 3) Permit Technician

Qualification -

1. Civil permit Technician: Diploma in Civil Engineering from an accredited College / University.
2. Mechanical permit Technician: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited College / University
3. Electrical permit Technician: Diploma in Electrical Engineering from an accredited College / University
4. Instrument permit Technician: Diploma in Instrument Engineering from an accredited College / University

Experience -

a) Minimum of ten (15) years’ experience in permit processing, regulatory compliance, or a related role within Oil and Gas Operating Plants.
b) Five (5) years in Brownfield Engineering & Construction projects.
c) Good knowledge on Microsoft office suites.
d) Experience with the e-PTW system is considered an advantage.

4) Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Engineer

Qualification –

B.Sc. Mechanical / Electrical / Instrument Engineering. At least 10 years maintenance experience in petrochemical environment with 5 years field experience as supervisor and with specific knowledge
of and experience in the operation of computerized maintenance management (SAP) and standard PC software packages

Experience –

1. The candidate shall have minimum (05) years’ experience in the oil and gas related business.
2. Must have relevant experience in the field of routine Maintenance Planning
3. Knowledge and understands the maintenance processes and proper use of the work order system, planning and scheduling processes.
4. Have adequate craft knowledge and skill to accurately estimate labour hours, material requirement and skills needed to complete a job. Must have a demonstrated ability to visualize and communicate the execution of work. The candidate has to have multi-skilled experience and high level of competency in the mechanical maintenance activities and intermediate level in electrical and instrumentation. Maintenance activities.
5. The candidate shall be in a good physically fit condition. The candidate shall be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
6. The candidate shall be fully familiar with construction drawings, isometric and P. & I.Ds.
7. Must have relevant experience in Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP or similar), and Planning & Scheduling software. (Primavera, Prometheus, Excel and Microsoft Project).

5) Rotating Equipment Technician

Qualification:-

1. Associate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Additional Certifications in Mechanical Engineering Rotating Equipment will be added advantage.

Experience: -

1. Minimum 10 years of diversified experience in Turbo machinery maintenance, covering Heavy Duty Gas Turbines, Process Centrifugal compressor and Multistage centrifugal Pumps.
2. Competent in English language reading, writing, speaking, listening, and using MS Office suite, SAP, or equivalent computerized maintenance management system.

6) Technical Coordinator

Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience: Skill &Knowledge:

1. A minimum 5 years' experience of administration & clerical works in construction or oil & gas industry
2. Having general knowledge of construction methods, terminology and industry regulations allows coordinators to grasp project requirements, effectively communicate with team members, and ensure compliance with standards.
3. Good coordination in managing change effectively by assessing the impact, communicating changes to stakeholders, and adjusting project plans accordingly.
4. Good coordination in juggling multiple tasks, documents, and deadlines, requiring strong organizational abilities.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to convey project objectives, expectations, and updates clearly to various stakeholders.

7) Civil Technician (Project and Engineering Section)
 
Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: Skill & Knowledge:

1. Minimum ten (10) years' experience in civil and structural construction industry and at least five (5) years' experience working in oil & gas industry. Experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
2. Good knowledge and experience in civil & structure construction works for building, access platform, piperack, pipe support, equipment foundation, cooling tower, static and rotating equipment foundations, road and drainage, architectural and building finishes.
3. Good knowledge and experience in refurbishment/repair work for RC foundations and structures, steel structures, pipe supports.
4. Familiar with international standards such British standard and American Standards.
5. Good critical thinking and able to resolve any civil & structure technical issue at the worksite during construction
6. Good computer literacy including solid working knowledge of MS Office such Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams and etc.
7. Experience in QA/QC procedure like concrete test, soil tests,material test and non-destructive test for structures.
8. Experience in land surveying works using total stations and dumpy levels.
9. Familiar with maintenance systems including SAP is an advantage.
10. Able to work under pressure and multitasking.

8) Civil Technician (Building Services and Civil Maintenance)

Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Experience: Skill &Knowledge:

1. Minimum Five (5) years' experience in civil and structural maintenance work and at least Three (3) years' experience working in oil & gas industry
2. Able to read Civil & Structural design drawings.
3. Familiar with MS office (MS Excel and Word)
4. Fully conversant with Civil maintenance works (Plant buildings, Road maintenance, Sand Clearance and pipe support replacement)

9) HVAC Technician (Building Services and Maintenance) 
  
Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Experience: Skill & Knowledge:

1. Minimum Five (5) years’ experience in HVAC maintenance work and at least Three (3) years’ experience working in oil & gas industry.
2. Fully conversant with various type of HVAC & Refrigeration equipment, DX-AHU, ACCU, PACU, Air Distribution items.
3. Able to read HVAC design drawings.
4. Familiar with MS office (MS Excel and Word)

 10) Electrical Technician (Building Services and Maintenance)

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent.
Experience: Skill & Knowledge:

1. Minimum Five (5) years’ experience in Electrical maintenance
   work and at least Three (3) years’ experience working in oil & gas
   industry.
2. Fully conversant with various type of installations, inspections, testing and commissioning of Electrical Equipment / Parts /Auxiliaries.
3. Able to read electrical design drawings such schematic diagram, Single line diagram, connection diagram, protection scheme and other related drawings.
4. Familiar with MS office (MS Excel and Word).
