Position - Multi-discipline Inspector 
 
Location - Abu Dhabi, UAE
 
Qualifications and Certifications:
 
Experience of 10 years in Onshore Oil and Gas Industry, as an Inspector with Construction structural steel fabrication/erection/modules fabrication experience.
 
Minimum 5 years of relevant inspection experience of pressure vessels, pressure piping, pressure safety valves, and tanks, heat exchangers, rotating machinery and HVAC systems.
 
CSWIP Certification:
Must possess CSWIP 3.2.1 certification for welding inspection.
 
Coating Inspection Certification:
NACE Level 2 or BGAS Level 2 certification.
 
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT):
Level 2 certification in applicable NDT methods (e.g., UT, MT, PT, RT, etc.).
 
Key Responsibilities:

1. Inspection and Quality Assurance:
• Perform inspections and ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
• Conduct welding inspections, including review of welding procedures and welder qualifications.
• Carry out NDT inspections to assess material integrity and detect flaws or defects.
2. Coating and Painting:
• Inspect surface preparation and application of coatings.
• Verify adherence to coating procedures and standards.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
• Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports.
• Document and report non-conformities, suggesting corrective actions.
4. Site Audits and Compliance:
• Perform site audits and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve inspection-related issues.
5. Client and Stakeholder Interaction:
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies as required.
• Provide technical support and guidance.
